Initial Intensive Care

The purpose of the initial intensive care is to help stabilise and improve the function of your spine and nervous system. Frequent adjustments are typically recommended to reduce pain and symptoms as quickly as possible. Other benefits often noted during this phase of care include improvements in breathing, sleeping, flexibility and energy levels.

Reconstructive Care

Visits during this phase become less frequent as acute problems have resolved. The focus shifts to correction of long standing spinal misalignment, posture and tension patterns. Generally speaking, the longer a problem has been present in your spine, the longer it will take for joints, ligaments and muscles to adapt.

Wellness Care

This preventative or maintenance care helps to further improve the function of your spine and nervous system and maintain them at optimal level. Most of us have stress in our lives – whether it is chemical, physical or emotional in nature – which can result in spinal restrictions. Having regular check-ups ensure that problems are detected and corrected early, enabling you to cope better with daily stressors and function at your best.
